What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as necessary to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained by the Service Provider or used for tracking.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?

No. The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties by the Service Provider.

What are my opt-out rights?

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device.

If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting the Service Provider.

Data Retention

Video Logbook does not collect or store personal data through normal use of the Application. Therefore, PAZIO has no personal app-use data to retain and no retention period applies to such data.

Video entries, sources or channels, direct links, notes, timestamps, custom tags, categories, statuses, Favorites, activity history, reminder settings, and other app content stored locally on your device are not stored on PAZIO servers and remain under your control.

Data Deletion

Because Video Logbook does not collect or store personal data through normal app use, there is no server-side personal app-use data for PAZIO to delete.

You can remove locally stored Application content using relevant clear-data functionality in the Application or device settings, where available, or by uninstalling the Application. Exact controls may vary by device and operating system.

If you voluntarily provided personal information to PAZIO outside the Application, you may request deletion by contacting support@pazio.ink, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected through use of the Application alone.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure from the Application is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect its systems and any information it holds.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting personal app-use data is minimal. If a breach involves personal information voluntarily provided outside the Application, notification will be provided where required by applicable law.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, consent to material changes will be sought before they take effect.

Previous versions of this Privacy Policy will be maintained and made available upon request.

Your Consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
